met with nutritionist today. she's pleased with my progress. I'm going to go full keto for a few weeks, won't take much change to get my carbs under 50, I'm typically in the 70-80 range anyway. while I lost a good bit of fat, I also lost about 3 lbs of muscle. I have probably been pushing too hard on elliptical!

i was the biggest I'd ever been, and at 51, close to the strongest. I've been eating at about a 10% calorie deficit while keeping protein at around 160 g. for the past month or so and I think I may have been overdoing it on cardio-1 hour per day, average hr at 158bpm. I slowed it down today to 1 hour at 142bpm. also lowering my carbs by about half. I'm going to change up lifting routine as well.
