I’m 3 weeks into Keto and I’m loving it! Cutting down on carbs but increasing fats keeps me fuller longer. I keep under 1100 calories a day and walk at least 1 hour daily. I make my no sugar snacks so I don’t feel deprived of anything, as that’s where I’ve always failed in the past. So far so good😻❤️
