Day 16, 54 more to go.

Drinking lots of water. Stress from the semester is starting. Doing my best to "push through" all things challenging: school work, exercising, being tired, eating well. I am reminding myself that this time of year is hard, I can either come out of it tired or tired and more fit. The more fit part is sounding ideal.

Signed up for a triathlon yesterday. It's a sprint, meaning its shorter than the typical length tri. It will still be challenging. Luckily my future hubby has agreed to do the tri with me, hopefully that means a training buddy!

Also new to the docket is a workout program called Turbo Fire. I did the first day's dvd and burned over 700 cal! That is crazy!!! Today my lower back is sore due to muscle soreness. I never thought my lower back muscles were weak, but apparently they are. This should help get them in better shape which will help for tri training too!
