Hi, and thanks for stopping by. I am 27 years old and in graduate school. I will be getting married in a few months and like every other bride to be out there had the thought of: these pictures are going to be around forever. So, here I am :). I will not be trying to become some sickly thin woman, to me that is gross. I want to be healthy, happy, and perhaps just a little bit less insulated. My goal is to drop 10 pounds from my start weight and then reassess. No point in making up some arbitrary number for an ideal weight and then being too thin, or the weight not being sustainable. I am here for a lifestyle change that is sustainable. Not a crash diet. My method: more veggies/salads, less dairies/saturated fats, healthier protein choices. Let’s see how it pans out :). Feel free to share experiences and advice. I appreciate the feedback.
