Defkal day 13
Sarapan : buah strawberry dan pepaya ditambah gula stevia
Makan siang : steak dada ayam, wortel, buncis dan mashed potato
Snack : permen uha dan mujigae banana milk (aduh random banget ya segala permen di tulis kalorinya 😅)
