All WEEK! I have been slipping so badly!!! I am gaining pound by pound! I am scared! HELP! ?

If you have not been eating right increasing your exercise can help. I know its hard but it WILL be worth it. Stay strong!

The Wii Just Dance game will make you sweat! It's fun too! I just know my dogs are laughing at me! Stay strong........you CAN do this! We all can!

Amber, you are not journaling yor food, We can't see what you are eating to offer suggestions. Cut back on the processed foods, sweets, and grease if you can. Drink plenty of water, exercise, and eat plenty of veggies. Keep your calories down to your set RDI and whrite down what you eat so you can stay on track. I can't offer further suggestions. You have to do the right things to see the right results. Hope you feel better.

Thanks everyone! Windrider, you are much diciplined and consistent! I am not. I get overwhelmed just thinking about logging each food. I just have to fight to try not to eat the bad things, or balance them out. Thanks you for your support and tips! :)

Small steps Amber. I read once if you bite it write it. If you can write down you will see what you are eating and most likely do better. If you don't write in FS, maybe by hand track your food for a few days? Just a thought. It has really helped me to see what I am eating and modify to make calories.
