I am a mother of two w/ three grandchildren. I work full time in child protective services. I have two dogs that keep me company and I'm sure they wish I walked them more! When I turned 49 I began gaining weight after living a life w/ a high metabolism. For the first time in my life I have clothes than I cannot fit into and this is UNACCEPTABLE! I have never counted calories and this site will help me keep track of how much I am eating! I am a chocoholic and will need to figure out how to deal w/ this weakness.
