I overslept this morning and didn't weigh myself :)...

Here's last nights exercise:

Galloway Method
Warm up: 5 minutes
4 minutes running/1 minute walking X 9 times
TOTAL: 48.23 minutes (I actually did more than this, but my Nike app was on pause and I didn't know)

5.0 - 5.2 MPH---
50 squats

Hitting the weight training with my oldest daughter tonight
