Soooooooooooo-I'm good on the carbs but a lil over on the calories-except that according to the atkins bible-thats not necessarily a thing I need to be worried about-just the carbs.And it wasnt a lot over-so no worries here I just don't like the diet calender to go into the RED.It's glaring at me.LOL.I could change my RDI-but I don't want to give myself too much leeway.Im the type that if I get an inch I'll take a foot.I need struture and disclipine.That much is true, :)
