It is officially day 5 of the diet. 65 more days to go. I have been well behaved! Had more calories last night than I planned, but I was hungry! No not greedy, just plain hungry. I did my best to decrease the feeling slowly. Next time I plan on eating a bowl of salad to try to take the edge off. Will report back on how that works out!

Going to attempt Jillian level 3 today!!! Wish me luck. This is going to kick my booty!

Holy cow. Jillian level 3 is no joke...neither is the calorie burn as a result of level 3. higher than 2 or 1 by roughly 50! 50 extra calories burned in 20-30 min? I will take it! (thats one scoop of my FAV icecream- breyers, no sugar added butter pecan YUMMY)
