whoopie!!Lost 3 lbs. this weekend.I feel like the 190's are on the horizon and finally within my grasp.haha-I'm not trying to tempt fate or get ahead of myself.I'm just so flippin happy and a little surprised is all.;) Been good lately about the water.4-8 glasses a day.Since I have a problem remembering to drink them-like taking meds-I do it on a schedule.2 glasses in the morning when i wake up,2 right b4 lunch and two at nite b4 bed.Anything in between is extra. Also,keeping track of my food diary has done wonders.I keep telling my mom to start tracking her food intake as well (she gained 5lbs on same diet this wknd).Whenever,I wanted to grab something not included on my diet I'd have to look at the label and think 'ooo,that'd really mess up my food nutrition value stats!'LOL-its really kept me honest.But the major contributing factor has been the community at FS-I can't share this stuff on FB.I like that everyone supports everyone here.I can express every emotion from deprevation to elation and I get such great words of encouragement and ideas for healthier living.The only thing FS asks for in return,is that I offer the same motivation to other members.
So,thank you FS-for helping me keep the faith and believe that a healthier me does exist inside this fluffy body!!

Fantastic!! :D 3lbs Wooosh! ^.^ I agree with you on the tracking, it really makes all the difference when I do track vs. When I don't track. It makes me more accountable so I have just a bit more will power when it comes to snacking. I know I'll have to log it, so I won't have it. Also planning out snacks takes away from the 'what do I feel like having' and puts me firmly in the 'I can have 1, 2 or 3' I just mix up the order in which they come. Good for you on the water too!! Very important stuffs. ^.^ Though honestly I'm addicted to water like alot of people are to soda... One of the only healthy habits that I developed at a Very young age. I actually have issues measuring water out..I'm bad about drinking from the tap when I'm thirsty. And something about it is better than drinking it from a glass. I'll post my walking on FB, and when I hit a milestone in weightloss, but besides that I don't put it on there for the world to read about. I have FS for accountability and weightloss support.
