oooh shoot-shot myself in the foot i did!!Did splendid all day-felt so darn good had to have a 'feel good about myself treat'-ate some of my kids chips with cheese and a couple handfuls of popcorn and a cookie.I dont think I went over my calorie limit-but i still dont like ingesting stuff so late.

LOL-if you go back i just inputted everything from tonite and its over 1200.
