I weighed myself today at the gym with the professional scale. I was so surprised! According to my scale at home I had actually gained a little since my last weigh in, but I guess I lost it all being sick. Lol Gotta love cold and flu season.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
