Ummm...I forgot to weigh myself this morning (well yes, you did Andrea because you overslept by an hour and a half...lol)..This is day 3 of the 12am-4pm fast....it will definitely end tomorrow.
I was not able to work out at all because I ended up having to work late and then head straight to church. Most likely won't get anything in today either, but I will try to re-start my weighted hula hoop action today.
BTW, I will check my cycle because I am not showing signs so far today...so this may (or may not) be day 2....love you guys and will talk to you again after 4pm
