No weight loss this week which is disappointing :( I won't feel guilty about this tho, I've spent the past week and will spend the following week studying for finals. Studying doesn't burn a lot of calories! I followed my diet and went slightly overboard on my cheat day but I'm proud of the start I've made.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Starting out and continuing amidst no movement on the scale, to me, is the biggest achievement. It is easier (for me at least) to feel happy and more motivated when I see progress on the scale and on my body. What is the hardest is continuing to work hard when the results are slow. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

I thoroughly agree. All you can do is have faith that your efforts are adding up during the plateau and eventually, PING! That number will drop. And it's going to be SO gratfying when it does. :-)
