First time I have a weight gain since I started my diet and Januar. I am not surprised. Wasn't very strict with my diet. However today is a new day and I'm up for the challenge.
Stuff I need to focus on:
-eating better -getting my vitamins/supplements -water -exercise -recording my food
Pretty much everything! I can do this.
