Yesterday was my cheat day and boy did I take advantage of that! Next cheat day my goal is to cheat without completely over indulging myself(ie. the peanut butter chocolate pie!)
My new work out shoes should come in the mail today, thank you sketchers. I dusted off my treadmill and I'm excited to get back into exercising. In June I'll be taking part in a Susan G Komen race for the cure fun run (an easy one mile walk) and I refuse to be last haha.
Goal: to use the treadmill at least once this week, do one segment of yoga DVD and play Dance Central
