When I began this adventure I seriously thought that my weight would be peeling off more quickly than it has been. There has been no hunger...at all. I've had 0 cravings for foods that I thought I couldn't live without and for that I am truly blessed.
I've lost 18 lbs in 20 days. I find it nearly impossible to eat more than 1000 calories/day. I have only had one lapse on the diet and that was to eat a cupcake from my daughter's birthday.
I've noticed a lot of change in my clothing. I've dropped a pants size, gone from a 4x shirt to a 2x, and I am throwing/giving the old clothes to Goodwill on Monday.

Many more blessings to come with that kind of determination. The docs say 1-2 pounds per WEEK, with your 1 pound per DAY you're peeling away faster than you think. =D Keep up the good work!
