After 3 weeks ga workout and makan berantakan gara2 full dinas, Akhirnya back to normal routine. Naik BB? Yes!, power buat workout turun? Yes! mulai workout lagi yang ringan and durasi pendek 😌. But I come back stronger than 90s trends 🤪
