Ga mood bgt workout, cuma bisa 10 mins gara2 ngantuk. Padahal uda tidur cukup. Kalo kalian pas lagi mager, biasanya workout apa?

After 3 weeks ga workout and makan berantakan gara2 full dinas, Akhirnya back to normal routine. Naik BB? Yes!, power buat workout turun? Yes! mulai workout lagi yang ringan and durasi pendek 😌. But I come back stronger than 90s trends 🤪

Recap 3 months progress (start Juni 2021)
1. Workout berkurang 3-4x seminggu karena banyak bgt kerjaan
2. Makan banyak gorengan 😮💨
3. Dari pengalaman yang lalu, tiap diet pasti cma konsisten 3-4 bulan. Jadi buat aku pribadi ini bulan2 rawan aku balik lagi ke pola hidup yg berantakan 😅. Biasanya juga, kalo 3 bln gini pasti uda lose 9an kg karena dietnya ketat tanpa workout. Kalo sekarang, ak menolak kelaparan saat diet 🤣 kalo dulu bangga makan cm 1000-1100 kal, skrg wajib 1300-1500 kal (uda di hitung bmr sama tdee nya)
4. Bulan ini bb turun cuma 1.4kg, total turun bb 5,9kg selama 3 bulan.. emang lama sih, tapi lebih happy 😁
