Trying to get back on track after being off track for a few days. I'm starting Induction all over again. I do not want to have a weight gain next week so will really have to work hard. I will weigh myself either on Friday or Monday. I will have to eat healthy and do lots of exercise. I CAN do this, so far I have been doing well except for the last few days.
