Ok, yesterday was a day I'd like to forget. All week I'd been unimpressed by the low numbers on the weight loss progress. I hadn't given a thought to the fact that I hadn't had a BM all week. Sure this is a gross topic but everybody goes, right?

The cramping was painful and I couldn't take much more. I have followed the diet intake religiously and forgot all about the output. A quick call to the pharmacy and the recommendation of Magnesium Citrate (otherwise referred to as the "green lizard") was purchased. After 6 hours a second dose and no progress.

We'll see if there is any magic that this stuff worked overnight. Ketones are at a moderate level so I, at least, know I'm burning fat. I won't be seeing the scale until Monday.

Hi P.jase, took a little look at what your eating, where are the fruits and veggies??? You really need them to keep things moving!
