I really messed up today. Ate an entire box of Atkins bar, 5 in all. I can't believe I did this. I was out most of the day and thought I buy one as a snack and got a box and throughout the day I ate then all. GRRRR!
I need to have more self control. :( Weekends are always challenging and this weekend will be no different.
