Today was week 7:day 2 of c25k. So this was my third time running for 25 minutes straight, and I have to say it hasn't gotten any easier, may have to repeat this week. I think I am supposed to be up to 2.5 miles in 25 minutes, but anything under a 12 min/mile pace makes me gasp for air. So I am right at 2 miles and holding. Maybe next week it will feel better.
Applebee's has "skinny" cocktails now, yay! I tried the skinny mojito last night, 90 calories and delicious.
I had lunch at subway today, fist time since I started logging calories. And trying to calculate it was such a pain. Mcdonald's makes it easier than subway. I did get apple slices instead of chips, which is a small victory in it's self. Man I love chips.
