Decided I need to find time to enter food and exercise. So I will find time and do this. I want to do this correctly and I want this weight to come off. I noticed that when I decided not to enter food I was getting a bit of this and a bit of that.(as I prepared lunches for the kids etc...) None of that anymore. I need to find time to do this. I will do this! Yay!!! I'm in the forties!!!! 149 but that is still in the forties!

Fantastic job so far!!! Try to sit down just before you eat...and enter and track, or in the AM plan out your meals and snacks... so you know BEFORE you consume them, what your working with. That helped me alot. Just a thought...

Just a suggestion... do not "find the time" or do not "try to make the time" but MAKE the time to do this. The only way to do it is to just jump in and do it. Like Yoda says "do or do not... there is no try"

I really hope you don't take offence to that I just find that if I keep saying I will try to find the time. it progresses into more procrastination, if i say I will do it... than I normally do it lol

Thanks Paula, I wish I was a planner. The problem is that I have not been home and can't enter food and then I hate having to remember what I ate and enter it. When I am home it's pretty easy to enter food. I really need to go back to induction and stay with my limited options, that seems to works better for me. The weight loss is so slow now but you stated that one pound/week is good. Maybe I just need to be patient. Thanks so much for coming by this way. It means a lot to me.

Do you have a smartphone? Download the FatSecret Calorie Counter app & you'll have no more excuses. Pix was right on with the not trying. Don't try. DO. I stopped trying just over 9 months & 60 lbs ago & instead made a decision I was going to DO this no matter what, & I firmly believe that is why I am where I am today. Congrats on your progress so far, let's keep that momentum going!!
