168 this morning - better but still not good. Managed to avoid post-dinner snacking by catching up on laundry and drinking a big glass of water instead, skipped the extra glass of wine I thought about having and I feel pretty good about all that. Did something different this morning. I got up a little early and turned on the Zumba game for a 20 minute class before my shower. I am NOT a morning person, and have never exercised before work before. Its still early, but I think I liked it. I might even do it more often. I figured I better eat breakfast a little earlier than usual today since Ive got a bit of cardio in already so I ate two hard boiled eggs as soon as I got to work. Looking forward to a healthy day! And I think I will try the BodyAttack class tonight.
