Slight increase but now I’m on holiday with the husband and kids for two weeks so going to not track as much (was getting slightly obsessive) but going to try and eat well with the additional food that holiday brings. With two young boys we aren’t going to have the all inclusive holiday for two weeks more an active style so I’m going to aim for steps counting rather than food and just enjoy it. Family time is so important and come September 6th, calories and counting can start again 👍🥂❤️ x x x
