A pound up on last weeks weigh in but following my holiday I was 5lbs up on that weight on Monday! So actually an overall loss of 4lbs post holiday x x

Lost a bit 👍 early weigh in due to last holiday of the summer hols! Here’s hoping I can keep a better eye on what I eat and drink 🤞🤞 x

I’ve lost my way! Putting on losing a little and then 6 weeks off with the kids came and I tried but going on holiday was so relaxing food wise (was doing 14k steps daily!) but alcohol flowed 😆
So I’m back to weekly targets and determined to get back there! I’m 40 next year and I would like to end the constant yo yo ing of weight! 💪 weigh ins Saturdays and will take running back to 2x a week 🤞🤞 x
