Ugh... Feel gross right now. Was doing really, and was really happy with losing 3 pounds, then had a BAD night at work.. Just scarfed down like 6 pop tarts, chocolate ones too, and I want to be sick now.. So Disappointed in myself now..

Hey, Just saw your journal entry. I am about the same weight as you are and i am trying to lose the weight as well. Just wanted to say, don't beat yourself up over it and keep at it. I end up breaking my diet sometimes too. Perfect self-control is not easy, 6 pop tarts should not set you back much. Just keep on going, if cant get over the disappointment just exercise ! :) Good luck and Cheer up !
