Caved last night and had Mcdonalds.. But don't think I'm going to end up eating a lot today anyway.. Woke up SO sick. I know I'm not sick from the Mcdonalds, but I feel like maybe this is my body's way of kicking my ass for caving lol

Ugh... Feel gross right now. Was doing really, and was really happy with losing 3 pounds, then had a BAD night at work.. Just scarfed down like 6 pop tarts, chocolate ones too, and I want to be sick now.. So Disappointed in myself now..

Things have been stressful.. Not eating as much as I should be.. But, oh well. Down 3 pounds in a week. Not bad at all.
