I've decided to give up the scale, and only weigh myself monthly. I'm donating my scale to a friend who needs a new one after hers died. I saw a Sparkpeople member show photos of her at all the same weight, but was different sizes. I know we all know we shouldn't cling to the number on the scale, but we do.

I had an amazing workout today at Curves, and burned about 250 calories. I plan on hitting on my treadmill later after I've cleaned the house a bit! Here's to a new me :D
