154.4 back up this morning.
but 154.4 this evening at 8. so unusual to be the same at night

Just have been giving into my cravings too much and late at night also. I tried out my trip tracker app on my walk yesterday. it is great, it will give me more exact mileage now and even the elevation changes. my cardio trainer app will give me an exact step count and estimate calories as soon as I figure out how to calibrate it for me.
