spent the day, from 12pm - 2am working on feel clean up. lots of shredding & no real exercise. had a banana & protein shake for lunch, a pbj sandwich & small box of raisins for dinner & now having some trail mix. I lost only 1 lb from noon to now. wasn't really hungry.

actually saw 149.6 yesterday at noon. i think it was water weight since i hadn't eaten anything but i did do yoga the night before and that helps. not recording it until it is a morning weigh in time. i drank so much water after that, @45 oz that by 5 i was back to 154.2. but i have seen a big change in my body fat distribution. still have the belly weight but it is low belly fat now. and i do see some abs definition now even wearing a two piece suit to get some tanning on the white belly.

several months not recording, hovering in the mid 150's, kept up the exercise, lot of stress. still under lot of stress. stomach upset very morning. poor sleep.
