I have been suffering from migraine for three days. Today's is much better, so I hope it will go away by tomorrow. Then yesterday, I noticed that my both legs swelled up badly, from under knees to ankle. I DO sit long hours daily including weekends, but it is the same with any other day, and I did workout too. I don't know what had happened yesterday. I put my legs higher during sleeping, and they got a little better this morning. After massaging for twenty minutes or so, they finally looked close to normal and I don't feel uncomfortableness much.

I usually don't have migraine. I cannot remember the last time I felt something like this, and it had never continued more than a few minutes. If there was, I remember. Swelling legs was sudden change too. It's really weird. I really need to pay attention on my body and see what's going on. Meanwhile, I need to drink more water and keep doing workout.
