I have been doing Induction since January 31. I have been really good about my carbs and food in general. Today I went over 3 carbs and had two Atkins bars. Also the food I selected had way too much fat calories. I really need to stay on track and focus on things other than food. Being over weight makes me feel miserable and I do not want to stop my quest to lose weight. I HATE being FAT. I want to lose weight. I need to do this. I need to stay on track. I know I have made lots of progress. My top weight was 225 and now I'm 152. I don't want to be stuck on 152 or start gaining. I need to stay with 2 pound loss/week. I need to be careful with my food intake and choices. I can do this! I will do this. Tomorrow is another day and as for today the kitchen is closed for me. Nothing else tonight except water.

Oh Yvonne, you are too kind. I think it does help to share my feelings and like you said I am not alone in sharing the same feeling with a lot of people here. I think FS is one of the main reason why I have stuck with this diet so long. Take care! Enjoy your weekend.
