Love Yoga, Have been having problems with allergies/cold this week. light headed, achey, yada yada yada... This has led to increased snacking late at night, less excercise (just didn't have the energy for some of it) I did try and make yoga because I now feel addicted to it. Yoga has helped keep my sinus cleared out some, stretching helps the sore muscles, and the down dog/sun salutations are my new love. I do believe it helps with mood, toxins and definitely good for my BAD back.
I've turned to a new plateau, My morning lows have been in the 153 all week, while the highest evening weight was a 157 after eating but usually 155.
I have got to quit the late night snacking and letting my older daughter come shopping with me, she is a snack food junkie.
