On Januaray 19 I weighed 165 pounds with a bmi of 29.2, today Feburary 21, a little short of five weeks later I weigh 152 pounds and my bmi is 26.9. I am so happy. I want to continue this weight loss. I don't want the fire to die. I can do this!
