I was exhausted from yesterday's rushing up school works and just didn't have enough energy to do workout. Instead, we went to movie, Unknown, which was a really entertaining thriller movie. At least I had a good refresh time. I am going to start with Monday's plan tomorrow and finish on Saturday with Friday's workout plan.

Another problem is canker sore right next to my canine. I bit my inner mouth twice last Monday, and since then, it doesn't heal but is getting worse, I feel. I suspect the problem is the toothpaste I'm using. I googled about the treatment of canker sore and bought a medication patch and Sensodyne toothpaste. This toothpaste is supposed to be milder to the sore. I hope it's true. Because of this sore, it is hard to eat things lately. I cannot eat on the right side of my mouth that has the sore. Soft foods like oatmeal are easy to eat, but cereal and bread give me pains...

I am thinking of changing my eating habit. I am thinking to have three meals a day as much as I can, without between-snacks. Eat three meals, around the same time of the day, at a table but no other place. That's how I used to hear before moving to the US, so I try and see how it works on me. I think it will give me discipline in eating habit than having snacks between meals.
