just finished doing thirty minutes on the wii fit "free jogging" and Im planning on having another 20 minute stepping challange I think before I go to bed ! I m struggling a bit in the fact I feel (when I touch my waist ect..) That I have gained weight yet the scales say 1 pound? Im gutted That I have gained this ! watching the biggest loser uk they are having to make good food choices and learn I feel I still haven't learned what is best for me !
