I love chllenges! They really help me keep up with all the things I should be doing anyways! I joined two recently "Atkins Induction" and lose 25 by May 10. I hope they will continue to keep me motivated.


I have been on Atkins Induction since Jan 31 but now I see myself slipping a bit and relying on the Atkins bars which I'm told really stals weight loss. I'm going to challenge myself not to eat a single bar in the challenge Atkins Induction. The challenge is for two weeks. I think I can do it. I really do not want my weight loss stall. It is a slow loss as it is. I do not want it to get slower.

I also like the lose 25 pounds by May 10 because that is a little over 2 pounds per week and that is about how I am doing. I will have to boost it up a little but I can do it.

Now off to exercise and housework.
