This is insane. I row and use a vertical climber, I cut sugar and junk food out a year ago. I eat fast food maybe twice a month and very aware of calories so I only eat half of what Is ordered. I drink two liters of water a day, no sugary juice or drinks. My husband found a photo taken a year ago and he said it’s very obvious I lost weight and not a just few pounds..so he came to the conclusion our scale is broken…
