This is insane. I row and use a vertical climber, I cut sugar and junk food out a year ago. I eat fast food maybe twice a month and very aware of calories so I only eat half of what Is ordered. I drink two liters of water a day, no sugary juice or drinks. My husband found a photo taken a year ago and he said it’s very obvious I lost weight and not a just few pounds..so he came to the conclusion our scale is broken…

I am so frustrated, I have been eating less than 1,200 calories, exercising for the past 3 months and my weight remains stuck in the 178 to 181 range. I can see my waist..so my workouts are showing results but I do not understand why I am not losing weight.
