So over the past couple of weeks I've shifted to a more liquid based diet with some bananas and protein bars scattered throughout the day and also started having one vegan manshake and one normal manshake which has left me feeling less bloated plus I have a protein water at work around 4:30-6:30 depending on start time to tide me over until dinner after knock off which is just a core power foods microwave meal and a bag of steam fresh veggies to accompany. I was shocked this morning when checking my scales which are saying that I've gained muscle mass and also increased hydration while dropping all this weight so it feels good and I don't feel like I'm ever hungry or lacking energy so that's a plus and I'm also sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the mornings.

🌟🌟😀👍🏻You’re doing brilliantly and it’s great to see. Your body is welcoming the change 😀
If you get the munchies try lower calorie dense foods - berries, especially strawberries, blueberries and apples are great snacks and don’t have as much sugar as banana, so lower in calories. 🍓🫐🍎
