I've recently decided to do something with myself regarding my weight. At the age of 21 I feel lethargic most of the day and I am kind of over it. Been a bit on the chubby side for the most part of my childhood and have really known nothing else. So I am pretty much at a point in my life where I want something different, a new me, fit, energetic and the motivation to exercise without worrying about the way I look to others.
