took forever but finally back down. my daily highs have been mostly in the 155 - 156 tangent & lows in the 154 range. have seen major improvement in clothes fit & look of body .
69.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
