Today is the second day of the new rotation with Firm DVD. I did Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn for the first time, and it was really really good workout. It was not hard to follow, and it worked on both muscle strengths and cardio as I expected. The parts I felt worked well were glutes. Comparing to Cardio Overdrive, the other Alison's performance, it had a good portion of stretch and cool down at the end, and I really liked it. Besides, it lasts 50 minutes. This is my new favorite DVD. Since today was the first time, I used 3 and 5 lbs weights. I will eventually change them to 5 and 8 lbs.

I also did pilates and realized that my core muscles got weak again. The works I used to do easily were a little hard today. I have a long way to go, it seems. The bright side is that I have a room of improvement and I can be better as long as I work on it.
