I still have not done my excercise. I will go to it after my journal entry. Drank my water, took my vitamins, stayed under 20 for carbs but went a little high on the protein. The kids were home today so was busy with them. Now I will go do atleast 30 minutes of excercise. Did two miles one the treadmill and 5 minutes of weights. Paula, I will do more tomorrow, promise. Thanks for reminding me the lazy it not an option. :)

We all start somewhere, and 5 min's is better than 0 min's!!! Good for you! Sometimes I just do pushups on the kitchen counter, or 'planks' on the floor, or leg squats and lifts at the back door waiting on the dogs...but either way...something is always better than nothing! Much Love.
