I tried to give up my coffee over the weekend let's just say that I lost that fight. I guess I have to work a little harder to get those calories off. Today I took a group of seniors to the food bank to give back, just say I had a blast with them. I was tempted to eat a energy bar that was being given out, I can say I'm proud of myself for saying no thank you. My emotions was high. I cried over a dog that seemed like his leg was hurting today.
