I tried to give up my coffee over the weekend let's just say that I lost that fight. I guess I have to work a little harder to get those calories off. Today I took a group of seniors to the food bank to give back, just say I had a blast with them. I was tempted to eat a energy bar that was being given out, I can say I'm proud of myself for saying no thank you. My emotions was high. I cried over a dog that seemed like his leg was hurting today. It's time for me to go to sleep, I'm tired. GN Thank you Lord for all you do!

I logged all the incoming for today. I have one more cup of water to go. I hope I don't be up all night, because I'm tired. I didn't sleep well last night.

Not sure what, but I really worked out 6 days a week and followed my diet pretty well. Well I'm about to do more research and see where I went wrong.

Well today was a good day. I kept my calories low and started my strength training. One hour of cardio, and 15 min of S.T. In the morning I will have to break that time up. 30 min of cardio and 30 of S.T. Looking forward to it. Thank you Lord!
