I am surprised at my diet calendar. It feels like I am eating more than I record. Its probably in my head. I have stayed under 1500 cals everyday this wk, but I feel like I am always eating. I am hungry every few hours. I am eating smaller meals and snack in between. On paper it looks like I am doing good, but I dont feel like it. oh well, I know I am getting results. 5 lbs down, 20 to go. I appreciate everyones support. Thank you :)

Smaller meals and snack only a couple hours apart is actually better than having 3 big meals (I just can't seem to shift off of the 3 meals, though), so as long as you're snacking on healthy stuff, eating more often is fine!
